Energy Healing deals with the subtle energy body. It helps to create calm and support to the energetic centers of the body. Jessica uses the modality of reiki while providing energetic support to you. she also uses her intuitive energetic awareness to focus on support, clarity, peace and renewal. Reiki is a hands-on energy healing modality, that works with universal source energy to reduce stress and support you energetically. PEMF Therapy is also offered for the duration of this session (if desired!) and is set to the frequency of the earth. this is a incredibly beneficial and healing frequency that is silent. This session is gentle and relaxing and is a wonderful way to de-stress and re-center. After the session we may have a chat about the energetic support provided.
